City Council March 14 Si è svolta ieri sera la Conferenza dei Capigruppo.
Lunedì 14 marzo si terrà un corposo
Consiglio comunale che vedrà, tra i punti all'ordine del giorno, i seguenti:

presentazione del
Bilancio di previsione 2011 : si tratta di una
presentazione al pubblico, in sede di
Consiglio comunale aperto (ogni presente potrà quindi intervenire attivamente); non si delibererà nulla. I termini per l'
approvazione del bilancio erano già stati spostati al 31 marzo e saranno
probabilmente ancora rinviati al 31 maggio.
Ciononostante ,
amministrare senza un Bilancio approved means limited to less freedom to spend their resources, which could have serious
impact on the normal activities of the City. I understand the uncertainty that characterizes
the period, including reforms, cuts and Stability Pact. But this Administration
well said several times that the budget was submitted on time (ie by the end of 2010),
differently from previous years (which, it is worth remembering, however
administered them!).
The broken promises of this majority are beginning to be a bit 'too , even after a year of administration

approval of the Convention among the countries of
Origgio , Cerro Maggiore,
Uboldo and
Parabiago for
" Tangenzialina " : This is a road that will join the
SS Sempione to
Bustese . I have not read the papers so I can not even enter into the details, but I find it outrageous that after a long discussion over five years, the point is to discuss emergency
because the deadline for applying for funding
to regional 'work expires March 15, the day after the Council! Once again, I express strong criticism
against the inability of this administration
to manage deadlines and urgencies.
