On December 15, 2010 thanks to the sectional Zagarolo conference organized by the Special Commissioner John Brandi, as well as provincial leaders and chaired by the Provincial Director Fabio Sarno finally members elected to 'consensus and acclamation their new Town Clerk: Stephen Novelli in his motion that he wanted to reaffirm the trust as a manager in the person of Aldo Vallle Martella Mulas.
The massive presence of many members testified, and the overt change of course long been awaited.
