Come raccontavo qui , i gruppi di minoranza "Insieme per Origgio" e "L'Arca" hanno presentato una mozione congiunta che, se fosse stata approvata, avrebbe impegnato l'Amministrazione a modificare lo Statuto comunale riconoscendo il diritto umano all'acqua, il principio di proprietà e gestione pubblica del servizio idrico integrato e la mancanza di rilevanza economica del medesimo servizio.
La maggioranza, purtroppo, ha emendato e stravolto la nostra mozione, riconoscendo timidamente principi meno forti e decisi di quelli da noi proposti. Il nostro gruppo ha contro le prime tre proposte di emendamento della maggioranza.
