As expected, the City Council was held without any surprises or unnecessary controversies.
Administration has committed about 240,000 Euros, about 750,000 by the advanced admin area available around 2009 to settle one of the five loans lit with Cassa.
The transaction, which will cost us about € 15,000 in penalties, however, allows a net saving of € 100,000 in lower interest .
Our group has expressed support for this initiative , which we share, however, has decided to abstain, giving reasons for this: "The administrator was not able to (or rather, did not want) to advance as we will use the remaining surplus of € 500,000 available 2009. The City currently has four other loans, contracts the Cassa, some of which could have been extinguished with the current surplus (€ 113,000 for the Consortium Bozzente and / or € 490.00 for the new gym). This would have allowed save up to € 230,000: more than double the savings actually made the decision yesterday .
